Licensing overview
Our Full License (Desktop – Web) allows you to install the fonts on any number of devices which you own or solely control, for simultaneous use by up-to-the-number of users specified. It allows you to print and produce personal or business documents, including PDFs. Allows you to self-host our webfont files and serve them to visitors to your website. The website must contain content which is under your control, and the domain name must be registered to you.
This is an agreement between you, the purchaser and licensee, and Calderon. By purchasing and installing or otherwise handling the digital typeface software (hereafter fonts), you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you can not download or request or use any Calderon fonts.
You are granted one (1) full license to use the font software on a certain number of devices within your organization. You are not receiving the copyright to the design or any other part of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts as specified in this agreement.
By agreeing to this agreement you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the use of a font software subject to all terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. Grant of License
Desktop
A desktop license are based on the number of users that are using the typefaces and comes as OpenType format.
This license grants you to:
a. Install the fonts on multiple devices provided the number of users do not exceed the number of licensed users detailed on the invoice you received with the purchase of the font.
b. Use the fonts for the following purposes only: use in design tools, print, rasterized images and vector outlines.
c. Embed the fonts into electronic documents provided you must ensure that the viewers of electronic documents are not able to extract fonts.
d. Use fonts to create logos provided that the fonts are not embedded in, or distributed with, the logo artwork.
You are not permitted to:
a. Embed the fonts into any websites or digital ads.
b. Embedding in software.
c. Use the fonts in any broadcast as film, television or internet streaming services.
d. Embed the fonts into any offline-available mobile or computer application or game.
e. Sell, resell, rent, lease, modify, rename or convert the original fonts.
f. Copy the fonts or allow third party to copy the fonts.
This license grants you to:

Webfont
Our web license is a one time purchase based on the estimated number of page views on the website that are using the files. There are no repeated costs, but you are required to upgrade your license to a bigger version if the monthly number of page views exceeds your previous license. When purchasing our web license you will receive the font(s) in .WOFF, .WOFF2 and .EOT format.
This license grants you to:
a. Embed the fonts on websites and in digital ads via @font-face provided the number of pageviews per months do not exceed the number of pageviews detailed on the type of license.
b. Install the fonts on one device only to test it in layouts of the website or digital ad; use the fonts without territorial restrictions.
c. Subset the fonts only for the purpose of optimising the loading time of the website; make a backup copy of fonts only for your own purposes.
You are not permitted to:
a. Embed the fonts into any documents other than websites or digital ads.
b. Use the fonts in any broadcast as film, television or internet streaming services.
c. Embed the fonts into any offline-available mobile or computer application or game.
d. Sell, resell, rent, lease, modify, rename or convert the original fonts.
f. Upload the fonts to any publicly available server or GIT repository.
g. Transfer the license to the third party.
This license grants you to:
a. Embed the fonts on websites and in digital ads via @font-face provided the number of pageviews per months do not exceed the number of pageviews detailed on the type of license.

2. Intellectual Property.
You acknowledge and agree that the Font Software and the typeface designs rendered by the Font Software are the exclusive property of Calderón and/or its designer. You further acknowledge and agree that the structure, organization and code of the Font Software are valuable trade secrets and confidential information of the owner.
This License grants you certain limited rights to use the Font Software only; it does not grant you any permanent or ownership rights in or to the Font Software or the typeface designs rendered by the Font Software. The Font Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United States, the country of the owner of the Font Software and other international treaties. The owner of the Font Software retains all worldwide right, title and interest in and to the Font Software and the typeface designs rendered by the Font Software, including all copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret and other intellectual property rights.
This License grants you certain limited rights to use the Font Software only; it does not grant you any permanent or ownership rights in or to the Font Software or the typeface designs rendered by the Font Software. 3. Limited Distribution.
You are not granted the copyright to the design or the ownership of the fonts, but the rights to use the fonts. The fonts and other intellectual property rights therein are the exclusive property of Calderon.
4. Technical standard and support.
We aim to produce our fonts to meet the latest technical standard. If You demonstrate to Us that the Fonts do not essentially perform in accordance with the technical standard, We reserve the right to fix the shortcoming within 30 days from Your notice. If we fail to fix the shortcoming within 30 days, You may ask for a refund. After a refund the respective license terminates with an immediate effect and any further use of the Fonts is strictly forbidden.
